What About the Soul Aspect?
As an Integrated Healer and an intuitive, I work with the mind, body, and soul. I believe energy is the common denominator to all healing and while my therapy sessions focus on the mind-body connection, I also offer certain remedies which are spiritually led. This aspect resonates more with some clients than others, which is why I keep the offerings separate from my therapy work yet accessible to those who feel called to it. Tarot Reading: 2026 Lookahead

A 13-card spread, one for each month of the year plus one to show us the overall lesson and invitation that 2026 holds for us.
This is not a predictive spread, meaning it won’t tell us what will happen. Instead, Lookaheads help clarify what lesson each month is teaching us on our journey through the year. By considering how each month’s card builds upon the others while integrating the broader energies of nature’s seasonal rhythm, we watch our own wheel turn through the year, culminating in our Card - or our Teacher - of the year.
For example, Judgement in January is an invitation to remove the blindfold and see reality for what it is. The lesson? That once we see, we cannot unsee so how can we recalibrate and embody the truth that’s now clear? Four of Wands in July invites us to add more lightness into our life! The lesson? That even as adults, consciously building in time for fun is an act of self-care. Ten of Pentacles in August invites us to work with the harvest season and take inventory of our own lives. What is serving us well and deserve more resource and what is feeling like it’s ready to be released when autumn comes around?
A Lookahead spread is meant to be referred to and engaged with throughout each month as energies evolve so we can reflect on what the events are teaching us. It’s a dynamic reading that works with us throughout the year.

Energy Healing
Energy Healing is an ancient practice that works with the subtle energy bodies, including the chakra system, to provide healing on a deep, intangible level. The Healer acts as a conduit between the Universal Source (or whatever you prefer to call it) and the client by channeling healing energy throughout the body.
Energy Healing should never replace medical care but is a profoundly valuable tool that complements the work we’re already doing with therapists and physicians.
When clients receive Energy Healing they usually feel deeply relaxed, at peace, and nourished at the soul-level.
These are distant Healing sessions, meaning we won’t be in the same room. Distant Healing is often experienced even more strongly than in-person sessions and for that reason, this is how I prefer to deliver healing. When you book a session, I’ll email you with a set of instructions but all you have to do is sit or lay somewhere where you won’t be disturbed. This could be on a bed, in a chair, or even on an airplane if you tell me what date and time you want to receive the healing (not while you’re driving though!)
Note: Gift certificates are available for distant Energy Healing sessions as these are wonderful gestures for anyone going through a tough time or who can use some extra healing.
